DYSTOPIA 31 is a story of the not-too-distant future in which an underclass of clones labors in Megacity, the crowning jewel of human civilization. Our Great Leader and his bureaucrat henchmen work tirelessly to give the citizens of Megacity a life of order, security and prosperity. But there are malcontents — dissident humans and renegade clones — who threaten the Master Plan.
